No Return & No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Crockery Bazar are final. We do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been placed and delivered. Customers are requested to carefully review product details before placing an order. -
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact the Crockery Bazar Care Team within 24 hours of delivery with:- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Images of the outer packaging
- Order details
Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at its discretion.

Condition for Claims
Claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items will only be considered if reported within 24 hours of delivery. -
Handmade & Artisanal Products
Many of our products are handcrafted and artisanal in nature. Slight variations in:- color,
- texture,
- finish,
- pattern, or
- size
are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects. These variations add uniqueness to each product.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or exchanged. -
COD Order Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated order rejections or non-acceptance may result in restrictions on future purchases. -
Shipping & Delivery
Crockery Bazar uses third-party courier partners for deliveries. Delivery timelines provided are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. -
Missing or Tampered Parcels
If you suspect that your parcel has been tampered with or if any item is missing, please:- Record a video while opening the package, and
- Contact the Crockery Bazar Care Team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Bulk & Customized Orders
Bulk orders, personalized products, and customized orders are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable. -
Offline Store Policy
Products purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at physical/offline store locations. -
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
We aim to resolve all customer concerns amicably. However, any disputes arising from purchases made on Crockery-Bazar shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, India. -
Right to Refuse Claims
Crockery-Bazar reserves the right to deny claims or support requests in cases of misuse, false claims, or policy violations. -
Final Decision Rights
All quality checks, damage evaluations, and resolutions are subject to the sole discretion of Crockery-Bazar. -
